Individual Training - Think of one-on-one personal training like your "me time".  – it’s the fastest and safest way to get seriously awesome results. Our experienced trainers  develop fun, individualized fitness programs that incorporate cutting-edge exercises to help you meet your fitness goals. 

Buddy Training - Need someone to share the experience of the benefits of one-on-one personal training, in addition to helping with the financial expense.  
Small Group Training - Nothing motivates more than a group of people working together to achieve fitness greatness in addition to helping with the cost, must have 3 - 5  participants. 

Group Training Classes -  Not included with any of the Fitness360 membership. Separate pricing applies.

Hurt Locker is a high intensity total body workout aimed at immediate results. Exercises constantly vary and may include interval training, sprints, core strengthening, agility drills, kettle bells, stations, plyometric, body weight strength drills, cardio, boxing and much more.

Lynn Spin is a dynamic ride powered by music and adrenaline. Experience hill climbs, sprints, and banking turns designed to build a powerful body. It’s a different ride every time

Lynn Sanity is a high intensity total body workout. The class program changes daily and incorporates free weights and cardio to keep you functionally fit.
